the product have been sold by us in bag and are exempt from Tax Under GST Act. We have not registered
the below – mentioned brand names under the Trade Marks act. 1999/ or Copy Right Act, 1957/ or any
law for the time being in force in any other country as on 15.05.2017 or thereafter.
We have taken GST Registration for supply of rice and our registration number is GSTN: –
10AAMCA6141P1ZK.
We are voluntarily forgoing our actionable claim and enforceable right on our brand names mentioned
above.
We further undertake that we shall, on each unit container of rice, clearly print in indelible ink both in
English and the local language that we have voluntarily forgone our actionable claim and enforceable
rights in respect of the brand names printed on the unit containers.
